Screening, DB Fresher’s, OLG, IBPO and HR Helpdesk team for fresher’s campus, off campus recruitment process and Sourcing.
It’s an end to end backend support application for Infosys Limited recruitment process (Fresher’s and Laterals recruitment).
Generating Unique Candidate ID for Short listed candidates and the candidates appearing for the interviews.
Maintaining Recruitment Database.
Verifying candidate (comparing the candidate with the given candidate data)
Entering the candidate details like personal and professional details in SAP.
Have worked with various teams like DB laterals, Screening, IBPO, HR Helpdesk, OLG team on behalf of client requirement to bring down the high volumes.
