I completed the Montgomery Job Corps program with my certifications in Business Office Administration.

I have worked in several call centers as a technical support agent.

I am currently working for a company called Sitel for a campaign called AT&T working from home but, I have found that technical support is just not my field anymore and I’d like to learn something new. I’ve always ya wanted to book flights and hotel stays for others or to simply schedule appointments. I’m a fast learner and I can type 45wpm. I have strong written and communication skills an I would like to experience a new work from home position.
