Analyse and collect data for the non conformities produced and investigate whether non conformity produced due to process or quality system and record results of investigation in online tool.
Ensure every complaints and incidents are registered in online tool and the action plan along with the root cause analysis are provided within the specified timeline.
The Vendors are validated once in a year through RCA audit to verify their compliance to our process and an internal survey will be imparted to the BU requestor to validate the KPI of the vendor.
Uploading the addendums and rates revision for the vendors in vendor management tool and ensuring the quotations and addendums are signed by the authorised signatory.
