PROJECTS
1) M.Tech Final Year Project
Title - Detection of micro-calcification in digital mammogram using Extreme learning machine
Abstract- Breast cancer is higher in women, and which will causes largest number of cancer related deaths among women and the rates are higher among women in many countries. To increase the results of breast cancer and survival, early diagnosis is crucial Micro-calcification is the tiny specks of calcium can be seen the mammogram image which indicate the presence of cancer. In this paper I detect the micro-calcification from the mammogram image using the Extreme learning machine classifier. 2) M.tech Mini Project
Title - Cardiac Dysrhythmia Detection using logistic regression method Abstract - Cardiac dysrhythmia is responsible for over half a million deaths in united state annually. In this work, we evaluate the performance of neural networks on classifying electrocardiogram (ECG) sequences as normal or abnormal (arrhythmia). A logic regression method is designed and programmed with this data and then tested to validate the data set. The pattern recognition tool in python is then used to analyze and predict the data. The program results were tested to validate the data set. This achieved 98.6% accuracy on the test data.
3) B.E project
Title - Analysis and Design of Low- voltage, Low -power double tail comparator using electric VLSI CAD Tool
Abstract - The need for the ultra low-power, area efficient, and high speed analog-to- digital converters is pushing toward the use of dynamic regenerative comparators to maximize speed and power efficiency. In this paper, an analysis on the delay of the dynamic comparators will be presented and analytical expressions are derived. From the analytical expressions, designers can obtain an intuition about the main contributors to the comparator delay and fully explore the tradeoffs in dynamic comparator design. 4) B.E Mini project
Title - Road divider using dark detector
Abstract – In road transportation large amount of electricity is wasted through the street light. This can be reduced by using the dark detector circuit in the road and thereby no need to control the lights in cities and other places. PERSONAL PROFILE
