Summary of Profile

I am a multi-skilled IT project manager with over 22 years of working experience. My technical background is with software development and project management handling large IT infrastructure projects for governmental agencies and multinational corporations for the last 10 years.

Prior to joining established companies such as AXA, BPI, and HPE, I worked at SeaChange International in the United States as a senior manager handling systems integration and testing for two and half years, was a project manager for IBM Solutions Delivery for more than a year as well as handled several IT management positions at LBC after right after college.

Position: Network Operations Center (NOC), Head (last position held)

•Managed the combined Data and Network Operations centers for LBC Express (the remittance and courier company) and for LBC Bank.

•Administered the SQL and Sybase (LBC Bank) database servers that contain customer information spanning different business units from courier services to sensitive personal bank account information.

•Provided operational support for LBC Bank’s network infrastructure (ATMs and other bank operations).

•Created the IT staffing plan, Business Recovery plan, and the support infrastructure for the 1,700+ LBC branches nationwide.
