OILFIELD PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT CO W.L.L is a premier organization focusing on various solutions to enable Qatar Petroleum to manage a SAP database, with information about all maintenance operations of assets effectively arising out of new projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Objects

Reviewing engineering drawings for listing out equipements which are to be included in QP Asset Register.

Develop a Tag List for the projects as per QP Tagging Philosophy, for all equipments requiring maintenance during its lifecycle.

Create and generate Asset Register in Ms-Access, Excel by incorporating all the equipment tags.

Create Functional Location for equipments identified from documents.

Preparing Equipment hierarchy for Functional Locations generated.

Maintenance grouping of equipments for generating plan.

Generating functional and equipment criticality using tool provided by the client.

Collect master data from the equipment manufacturer documentation and from any other source and provide the same on database.

Carry out Site Inspection and validate the data generated with the actual site. Using P&IDs and layout diagrams identify the equipments installed at site and authenticate the datas generated.

Coordination with end users, project engineers, suppliers or any other focal points to gather material specification

Prepare Document master.

Documents handled are P&ID, PFD, Data sheet, SPIR, IOM (Manual), SLD, Cross sectional drawing (MXS), Layout drawing (MLD) and other supporting documents.

Preventive Maintenance

Create Maintenance Plans.

Prepare Maintenance tasks to equipment and Task Grouping (PLNNR & PLNAL).

Create Maintenance Items to the plans.

Setting up and maintaining regular and preventative maintenance strategies referring to task lists created.

Population of maintenance instructions for each task list reffering Instructions and guidance given by OEM.

Maintaining PM master data IDB

Material Management (BOM)

Develop Material Master from the data provided by manufacturer/vendor.

Coordination with OEM and suppliers in preparation of SPIR

Audit SPF or Spare Parts Interchangeability Record for spare parts provided by vendor.

Prepare Material Master.
