RUS Industrial - Construction Manager-Superintendent Oct 2018 – March 2020

Managed the budget and crews for a renovation of the RUS Industrial corporate offices which included demolition and construction of a state-of-the-art conference room.

Flint Hills Refinery – Contracted though RUS Industrial:

Executed layout and installation of new vaporizer/condenser foundations, including the addition of pier and pipe rack supports throughout the facility.

ExxonMobil-Baytown Texas - Contracted though RUS Industrial:

Renovated BTEC-Firehouse consisting of framing, metal stud and structural walls, Z-panel siding and new concrete front face and new accessible sidewalks.

Directed the construction of 1200 sq. ft. BTEC Z warehouse facility building addition consisting of concrete foundation installation, structural steel frame erection and installation of standing seam room and R-panel siding. Managed subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.

LCY Elastomer Refinery - Contracted though RUS Industrial:

Plant wide shut down (two-month project), installing new foundations for new blower units for Exhaust Blowers, along with new pipe support foundations.

Supervised construction personnel including various civil crafts such as carpenters, pipefitters, welders, refractory, insulators, and scaffold builders.

Martin/Zombeck Inc. - Construction Manager Oct 2016 - Jan 2018

Successfully managed and coordinated multiple work scopes between direct employees, contractors and vendors including delivery logistics of materials resulting in an on-time, and safely maintained project.
