Working in NACL INDUSTRIES LTD (formerly named Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd)., since August 25th, 2011to March 2016as Jr Engineer and April 2016 to till date as Sr.Engineer in manufacture of agrichem product .
In Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd. In that period helped me to gain a good experience and understanding of the theoretical principles learnt as an undergraduate. As a shift incharge I am responsible for decision making in optimizing the time cycle of a batch process involved in shift with respect to the required rate of operation and correcting batch delays in a shift operation occurrence due to steam, Electrical,utility irregularities by follow up with respective concern department incharges. It was a unique opportunity to understand the real life situations in an industrial organization, expected safety practices in the industry and to develop a sense of responsibility towards society.
Job description :
1.Strict adherence of production targets to tight time with consistency in yield and quality.
2.All production activities can handle through DCS (DIGITAL CONTROL SYSTEM).
3.Maintaining safe working practices as per EHS Norms.
4.Scale up of new products from lab scale to plant scale, which involves lab trail batch reactions, process safety study, process flow diagram, risk assessment.
5.Working on the Minimization of Solvent losses in Production.
6.Working on the Time cycle Reduction.
7.Preparing Flow charts of all the Production Blocks.
8.Batch monitoring in Production Blocks, and reports the observation and abnormalities to Manager.
9.Trouble shooting of the Existing processes.
ACHIEVEMENT:
Participated in workshop on hydrants conducted by Usha fire safety equipments (p) ltd, and trained by the experts from the field both in theory and also in practical and will be able to handle any major fire emergency situation.
