I have 17 years' practical experience in Materials Engineering testing (QC/QA) for buildings, Roads, Highways, Bridges, Storm Water, Drainages, at Laboratories /Quarries/plant Sites, according to (AASHTO) and (ASTM), Standard Buildings Codes or similar standards, with very deep knowledge in the methods of Asphalt Mix's design by Superpave System & Marshal and Concrete mix designs.

The Custodian of the two Holy Mosques king Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz Project for development of the security facilities for Ministry of Interior (KAP-5), the project included of 370 sites, within 5 different areas and 17 different sectors around KSA, 73 Head Office Staff, 509 Construction supervision Staff, US$ 5,500m Implementation Cost.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Responsible for all of the construction materials involved in construction activities of buildings and roads, such as soils, Aggregates, Asphalt Mix’s, Designs and asphalt quality control at laboratory and site, Concrete, Cement, materials suppliers, Steel bars etc., incompliance with the project and client requirements, specification and standard testing procedures (AASHTO, ASTM, and ACI Standards).

• Ensuring compliance of used materials with the projects specifications and Saudi Building Code (SBC) & International Building Code (IBC).

• Reviewing and make recommendation for approval by head of civil engineering department for all of submitted methods statement by the contractor.

• Review and approve the prequalification documents of materials suppliers.

• Analyzing the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the head of Civil and Construction Department.

• Maintaining records of test results and all taken corrective actions.

• Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.

• Ensuring very close and clear coordination of team activities with the other construction supervision staff.

• Ensuring inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.

• Improvement Exit (2&17) on Riyadh Ring Road since 14/11/2011 up to 30/11/2012.

• Duplication of khamis Mushayt / Najran Road (Najran Region), 96km Included No 23 Bridges & No 220 Box culverts, for checking quality control & materials testing for Earth work materials, Concrete mix design & work, asphalt mix Design at laboratory & site work since 20/7/2005 up to 13/11/2011.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Responsible for the Quality Control & Quality Assurance of all Materials such as Soils, Aggregates, concrete & precast concrete, Asphalt Mix’s Designs, Cement, Steel bars, in laboratories and sites to be incompliance with the Projects specification and standard testing procedures (AASHTO, ASTM, and ACI Standards).

• Supervision, check and investigate any failed test results of the quality control and quality assurance test of soil, filling materials, concrete, asphalt and troubleshoots using a sound engineering judgment and introduced any other alternative means of testing relative to standard specifications.

• Source-out and investigate probable sources of materials needed for the project and conduct immediate and necessary quality test and advice the Project Manager the suitability of the materials before incorporating into a permanent work.

• Review and approve the Hot Asphalt Mix design by Superpave our Marshall, Concretes Mixes design and paints / Road marking from various projects in addition preparing letters and submit to the M.O.T for final review and approval.

• Prepare weekly and monthly QC/QA materials report to ensure that all works accomplished complies with the specification requirements and update the minimum test requirements reflected in the status of test.

Project: Alobied, Al-dalanj Road Project. Duties & Responsibility:

• Materials engineer & QC/QA Engineer for management site and laboratory testing of earthworks, soil, concrete, asphalt and materials sampling.

• Quality control & Quality assurance of earth works, asphalt paving and concrete pouring and other issues related my job.

• Preparing the monthly materials report.

• I have successfully passed the course “Performance Grading of Asphalt Binder in SuperpaveTM” Presented during the Period from 20/04/2014 to 24/04/2014 at the Ministry of Transport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
