Medical Information System (MIS) developed in C Programming Language so that the user can enter patient information, medical information. System will store this information in MySQL database. User can search, update and delete this information.

This project solves below manual process:

The patient registration form may lost and searching of details are time consuming.

The form is prone to weariness due to which the institute / organization may not be able to read data in it after some years.

Searching of medical history is time consuming and take lots of man efforts..
