Oman Across Ages Museum (OAAM) Nizwa – OMAN

OAAM is located in Nizwa, Oman and will celebrate Oman’s rich culture and identity. The building is over 50,000 Sqm of air-conditioned space and includes a multi-level carpark, gallery areas, library area, restaurants and retail and various exhibition spaces.

Senior Mechanical engineer leading MEP team on site & responsible for preparing Notice of Fee Variation (NFV’s), attending site progress meetings, site walk with main contractor and sub-contractors, attending coordination meetings with main contractor & sub-contractors, replying to Facility Management (FM) observations, design work as and when required to help the site progress, answering RFI’s, Reviewing Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statement, As Built Drawings, Inspecting Installation work on Site, Material delivery and Testing and Commissioning.

CoEx – Expo 2020 Dubai – UAE

Motiongate – Dubai Parks and Resorts Dubai – UAE

Hollywood inspired theme park taking shape at Dubai’s newest leisure and entertainment destination. Featuring DreamWorks Animation franchises, Smurf Village, Sony Picture Studios, Studio Central & Lionsgate. The theme park will host five zones with a total of 27 attractions, as well as retail, dining and entertainment options across all areas. Motiongate Dubai will encompass a total of four million square feet and is anticipated to attract three million visitors a year.

Senior engineer worked on the Mechanical Services Design from schematic to IFC drawings. Also responsible for answering RFI’s, getting DM approvals and resolving site coordination issues for Motiongate.

Doha Oasis Theme Parks Doha – Qatar

The project consists of a 27,000 sqm indoor theme park with 20 rides ride attractions and show areas, restaurants, retail units and associated back of house zones.

The first theme park in the world dedicated Bollywood Industry. Aurecon were responsible for design and Supervision of MEP services in Mughal-e-Azam Shahi Dining, Hall of Heroes and Cine Magic.

YAS Marina Circuit Abu Dhabi – UAE

Yas Marina Circuit is the perfect combination of style and function. The Formula 1™ track is 5.55km long. This track can be split in to smaller tracks at 3.1km and 2.4 km each which can operate simultaneously where desired. Approximately 50,000 spectators can view the action on the circuit from the comfort of permanent, covered grandstands and VIP facilities. Yas Marina Circuit is the only motorsports venue in the world where all the grandstands are covered.

Capital Market Authority Riyadh – Saudi Arabia

Capital Market Authority – CMA Tower is a 4B+G+76 story high rise office tower to be constructed as part of brand new King Abdullah Financial District located in Saudi Arabia. The building will consist of CMA Office space, public use areas such as lobbies, auditorium, dining, swimming pool and gym, as well as leased office floors.

Mechanical engineer responsible for cooling load calculation using Train Trace software, equipment selections, humidification calculations for CMA Office floors, Dehumidification calculation for swimming pool and coordination with Electrical, Architectural & Structural departments for Mechanical services and wall openings for Construction Drawings. Also responsible for preparing LEED documentation for credit EA & EQ for LEED submission. Responsible for issuing Detail and IFC drawings.

A mixed use B+G+60 storey high specification commercial and residential tower, with separate associated car park facility building, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.

Multidisciplinary mixed-use development in close proximity to the new stadium, USD 270m budget estimate, 258,000 sqm GFA. The project incorporates also a 2 Pearl Estidama rating. This project consist of 6 residential, 1 commercial, 1 food and beverage, and 1 hotel plots.
