Planning and execution of instrumentation jobs and coordinating the various type of JB Frame, yoke support Fabrication and erection job.

Supervision of Cable laying, Glanding & Termination jobs (FF, FS & FRLS cable)

Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS, Installation of NODE, IO card, ELCO BOARD, Terminal Blocks(TB), internal Wiring, Prefab Cable Laying, LIU, OFC cable Laying.

Erection of SS & Copper tubing for various types of control valves as per hookup specification.

Loop checks and commissioning of all field instruments & F&G Instruments.

Experience with calibration and functional checks of all types of smart Instruments, Sensors and final control elements.

Installed and Commissioned various process instruments like PT,TT, venture & ultrasonic type of FT, RTD, Thermocouple, control valves, vibration probes, RPM sensor in Heater 7 of SEZ COKER PLANT(Reliance Industries limited-Jamnagar)

Dissertation Title: Design of Integral Sliding Mode Controller for MIMO (Multi input multi output) Nonlinear System using MATLAB.

In this project, the controller is designed and simulated using sliding mode Controller with

Integrator for uncertain non-linear Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) system.

Robustness against unknown disturbances are considered and improved using SMC with integrator in MATLAB.

A sliding mode controller is a robust controller against the external disturbance.

Bottle filling system with the liquid selection and mixing modes using PLC in M.SC 3rd SEM. OTHER ACTIVITY:
