Learned how to calculate the shoe price by using the different parts of the yield,and learned the SOFTWARE of PRO-COST, Learned how to add the labour count and all the process, operations of it Design of CNC MACHINE
Designed CNC machine by using SOILD WORKS SOFTWARE, Taking all the specifications from customer like work piece diameter, length of the stroke,spindle speed etc..And calculated all the forces to have good rigidity to the CNC machine, selection procedure of spindle,chuck,LM rails, bearings,AND did all the 3D&2D Part modelling for all parts
DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF POWER TILLER&AERO GENERATER In college I did two projects one is power tiller and other is AERO GENERATER, In both the project our Aim is to reduce the cost from the actual project,so we took all the scrabed material from our surroundings and we made them separately,our power tiller is machine which helps a small farmer to plough the field in very short time,it can plough hard and loose soil,as it can carry easily anywhere like CH.VAMSI KRISHNA
hill stations,it can be dismantled and assembled easily,low maintenance cost.. And coming to AERO GENERATER the wings of it made of wasted tyres and all the components are took from scrabe. The main reason to do this project is it can easily installed at top of the roofs of our house holds,shops
