RECEPTIONIST (CALL CENTRE) AT WATU CREDIT APRIL 2019 TO DATE At Watu Credit, I’m responsible for support including front desk customer service, educating walk in customers about the products we offer as a company, providing office and administrative support, receiving telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, creating spreadsheets, presentations and filling.

Key Learnings;

Attending to, & educating walk-in customers about the company products that are offered.

Sourcing & Procurement of Company equipment & Supplies used by staff to facilitate their day-to-day activities
