Project Designer responsible for the engineering, design, and installation of Process and HVAC Equipment throughout the client's facilities. HVAC Clean Room installations for room pressurization, temperature / humidity control.

●(Bilfinger) Project Manager for tracing down P&ID work for Mallinckrodt Greenville ill. and BASF Chattanooga Tn. including all instrumentation, controls, process piping, HVAC, etc.

● (Epic) Project / Construction Manager responsible for the engineering, design, and installation of material handling equipment, Commercial Dust Collection Systems for Church & Dwight Co

●(Sigma) Project / Construction Manager for the installation of a new Second Floor Lab Area (complete renovation of the 2nd floor, 15,000 sq. ft.) Working with Sigma personnel to develop scope and design of the area. Worked with design firms for detailed design documents. Initiated the bidding process with contractors and vendors. Completed the project through construction, and project close out. Project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule saving the company $50,000 in capital expenses.

●(Sigma) Project / Construction Manager for the installation of many processing upgrades including replacement of a 3000 gal. Reactor over a 3 day shut down. Removed / reinstalled all related process piping, condenser, electrical controls, agitator and motor with cryo-lok fitting, reactor jacket piping, etc. Removed / reinstalled roof portion above for extraction and installation of reactors. Complete with structural framing.

Project Engineer 1 Construction Manager

Consulted with Sigma personnel, vendors, and construction companies to coordinate, design and develop various different installation and construction activities. These included major renovations and construction of office, manufacturing, and warehousing facilities.

•Worked with many different groups with-in Sigma to develop construction bid packages for all projects from integration through Scope development, Cost management, monitoring all construction cost / estimating, expenditures, and scheduling forecast for corporate approval. Conducted weekly progress meetings. Meeting minutes, etc. Monthly progress reports, Initiated Contractor negotiations, contract development, through project construction while maintaining document control, quality, and ensured contractors complied, Project completion included Project Cost close out, Contract Closures, and having lessons learned meetings.

•Interfaced and communicated with Engineering disciplines, Maintenance, Operations, and outside contractors in all aspects of project requirements, from OSHA regulation enforcement to Hot work, Lock Out Tag Out requirements, Confined Space, Lift Plans etc. project equipment specifications, equipment arrangements design and layout.

•Installed many different HVAC / Process Piping systems throughout the facilities, including HVAC control packages, humidity control, room pressurization laminar flow distribution and hoods, HEPA filtered systems, along with specific temperature ranges. Piping Glycol, Compressed air, Natural gas, Argon, Nitrogen, Helium, HCL, Ammonia, Methanol, Ethanol, etc.

•Left due to companywide layoff.
