• My first department was bakery.

• Firstly monitoring the department and seeing how’s work going on in 5 star hotel.

• Everyday I learn alot about making desserts or buffets. F & B DEPATMENT( In Room Dining)

• After bakery my next department was F&B (in room dining).

• In room dining I prepared amenities, did mise-en scene, filled requisition slips, picked up food from kitchen, wiped cups and plates,tea & coffee setup according to the hotel standard.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

• In housekeeping department I filled trolleys,vacuumed floors and room & make room as per the standard of hotel .

• I learned hygienic values and also clean public Areas . FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT

• In front office department I welcomed guest, preparing welcomes Drinks and learned rules and protocols of the hotel.I was appreciated in the kitchen and also get appraisal certificate in the kitchen .
