Career path:

For 37 years I worked in Cuba as an engineer.

Between 1977-2014, in Cuba, I worked 15 years as a designer of foundations and structures and 22 years in the Administration and Direction of Investments. Directed the construction of two hotels in Varadero and one in Havana including in both cases their infrastructure as well as comprehensive remodeling of the main hotels.

I worked in Nicaragua 2014-2016 as Head of Design and Supervision at SINTER S.A.

From October 2017 to March 2020 I worked as a supervisor at ALL GO CONSTRUCTION, in Miami.

In Nicaragua (2014-2016), I worked at SINTER S.A as head of Design and Supervision and developed PMC functions for projects of interest to the Property.

In October 2017 - March 2020 I started working here in Miami in All Go Construction as Superintendent.

Experience:

• Make designs of structures and foundations for bridges, towers, tanks, warehouses, industrial buildings among others. Make reinforced, pre - and post-tensioned concrete designs as well as steel structures. Make deep foundation designs with concrete, steel and sheet pile piles, as well as technical fillings for different conditionals.

• I worked in main Port, Industry, Hotels and Highway works.

• Conducted the interrelation of technical teams of project, construction, property and operation for the development of various projects of Hotels.

• Superintendent here in Miami have worked on the construction of 2 luxury residences located in Gables Estates, Coral Gables, Miami. Structure, all specialties, landscaping and design interior.
