The Credit Card Issuance Operation system (CCIO) is to be built for the Amex. It handles client’s bank accounts and the services on the types of accounts like saving accounts and checking \accounts. This project was for processing various types of credit applications as per applicant’s preferences and affiliated banks credit card issuance policies. I was involved in managing the requirements, to convert the tedious time-consuming manual operations to automated operations. This application supports the FICO score retrieval and its simulation under different business scenario. It also calculates and predicts the associated risk factors and suggests the credit card issuance decision.

Project 2: Trade Life Cycle
