Worked for Siemens Ltd. Kalwa for 6 months during year 2008-09 as an In-Plant Trainee Engineer in Process Planning Department for Project PTD-M2.The job responsibility was to calculate limit cost of components of SF6 Switchgear by studying the drawings in the different manners such as weight and volume of material, labour cost for assembly work.

Worked at DRDO, NMRL Ambarnath. For one year, mechanical characterization and evaluation of Epoxy CTBN Clay/CNT Nanocomposites. R&D was the working area and optimization of wt % of filler material was evaluated by experimentation.

5 years after M.Tech. and 1.5 years after B.E. in teaching.

Project at Masters Level:

Project Title : Mechanical characterization and evaluation of epoxy clay/CNT

Nanocomposites.

Duration : One Year

Overview : This project was done as a fundamental research, to study the

low Tg system of epoxy. Various characterization techniques

were used Tensile, Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis,

Differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray Diffraction, Scanning

electron microscopy.

Project at Degree Level:

Project Title : Costing of Sf6 Switchgear Component &

Tecno-Commercial Evaluation of

Tig Vs Laser Welding

Duration : Six months.

Overview : This project developed in the Final year of Degree Course was

aimed to reach. The Bench marking cost & developing new

product of an Organization. Through this, localization of SF6

SWITCHGEAR Components will be taking place. To compete

market price of competitors.
