OBJECTIVE

Throughout my life I have held many positions in the workforce. Some would say this is jumping job to job, I see it as acquiring experience in many different fields and a way to keep learning and growing in order to be an asset to any company I might have the privilege to work for. QA Tech-food production facility. Weights, samples, temps, product holds, raw materials, finished product. Inspection of equipment, cartons, pallets and labels to ensure a quality product leaves facility in a timely manner.

Organizing-Home, office, cluttered areas anywhere as needed. I ran a small business out of my home. Helping those in need was my most satisfying position, I found many who were overwhelmed with material things or housekeeping needs and distraught as to how their lives had been taken over with clutter. Some were in need of setting up a home office system in order to simplify their lives or someone to help sort out the reason they became hoarders.

COMMUNICATION

Customer Service has always been a key element in any position I have held. Customer satisfaction is always my first priority and has allowed me to work with many wonderful people. The most recent example would be as a Covid-19 tester. I worked both as a tester and a greeter for the people coming into our facility for the test. Both areas are important because the test must be performed correctly and with compassion and the people coming in must have documents out and masks on upon entering facility.

I was complimented daily on my customer service skills and made to feel that I helped make the experience easier and as comfortable as could be expected for test recipients. One of my managers is listed below as a reference.
