Responsibilities
Managing of finishing activities like external and internal plaster, ceiling work, marble, ceramic, interlock, false ceiling, painting, all fit out works and joinery works.
Distributing and monitoring the manpower based on the program of work.
Coordinating with our staff and the sub contractors to solve the problems and achieve the targets.
Following and attending the consultant inspections for all works.
Prepare daily reports for the progress of work and the manpower productivity.
Monitoring the mobilization and distribution of materials and tools.
