WORK DESCRIPTION:

Planning and Defining Scope: Works on Feasibility, technical solutions and value engineering in details for scaled models. Reviews project information acquired from client at initial stage of the project.

Project Programming: Project Schedules and timelines. Projects phasing plans and stages for model developments.

Outsourcing: Solutions for new material developments/ 3D print styles, graphic requirements, materials specifics locally and abroad. Negotiations on cost.

Developing a Budget: Bill of Quantities.

Documentation: Prepares requirement/approval documents in-house before production. Adheres and submit client requirements for accounting purposes.

Monitoring and Reporting Progress. Oversee project from inception to delivery. Presents regular reports to client.

Supervise Production/ Controlling Quality: Works closely with production team and make sure quality of produced models is not compromised. Supervise on site model installations and prepares reports of accomplishment.

Closure documents. Hand- over documents.

Prepares Account Documents for Purchase and Billing. Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards and Presentations for client approval.

Monitors carpentry works.
