8.2011-2013: Concourse D at Dubai International Airport, United Arab Emirates. Detailed design (under BIM management), tender documents and supervision of construction for a LEED-certified airside satellite concourse building (CD) situated on the west side of Dubai International Airport, and linked to Terminal 1 (T1) by an Automated People Mover (APM) system. CD is a fully airside structure developed under a metal shell to accommodate 17 aircraft stands (12 Code E, 4 Code F and one Code C) with contact gates and boarding lounges. It consists of the apron floor that includes most of the technical and support areas as well as a bussing area for remote gates; a first floor dedicated to the departure level, comprising boarding lounges and a main concession area (retail, duty free, food and beverage, and other services); a second floor housing arrival galleries and different first/business lounges; and a partial third floor for MEP services. Works comprise all infrastructure utilities and networks, and landscaping. Footprint area: 64,460 m2. Gross built-up area: 149,600 m2.
9.2011-2013: Dubai Airports Strategic Plan 2020 (SP2020) Support Facilities - GSE/ULD Maintenance Facilities, United Arab Emirates. Detailed design and tender documents (under BIM management), and supervision of construction for two main steel and concrete structures namely, (1) the main Ground Support Equipment Maintenance (GSEM) facility on a site area of 32,947 m2 and a total built-up area of 24,400 m2, comprising a ground level for 3 large maintenance spaces, workshops, electromechanical and storage areas, and 2 mezzanine levels for staff facilities, offices and additional electromechanical and storage spaces in addition to a surrounding area for car-parking, external washing bays, painting workshop and security control gates; and (2) the ULD Maintenance single-storey building on a site area of 10,532 m2 and a total built-up area of 8,027 m2, comprising welding and metal workshops, dolly maintenance area, welding laboratory, offices, and storage and electromechanical spaces.

Detailed design and supervision of construction for the relocation of the existing Horse Quarantine facility so as to have its site available for the relocation of the GSEM building and ULD facilities. Works comprise all infrastructure utility networks and systems.
11.2011-2013: Enhancement of Airfield Capacity at Dubai International Airport, United Arab Emirates. Detailed design and supervision of construction for stands' upgrading and airfield improvement works to meet the growth of Emirates Airlines, FlyDubai fleets and other airlines as well as to improve the level of service at the airport. This includes an additional remote stand north of fuel farm, marking works for temporary stands at the Royal Airwing (five for Code E and one for Code D aircrafts), additional stands at Charlie Apron, 7 temporary pre-Concourse D stands for wide-bodied aircrafts, northern runway upgrading and resurfacing, various airfield improvements (south runway and all taxiways/taxilanes) in addition to all related electromechanical and low-current systems, marking and signing schemes, fire-fighting, wet infrastructure utilities and networks, and upgrading the Jet fuel hydrant system.
12.2010: Mixed-use Development at Bausher, Oman. Design and supervision of construction for eight nine-storey residential buildings (91,000 m2), a large nine-storey commercial/office building (31,000 m2), the Public Authority of Social Insurance (PASI) headquarters building (11,470 m2) and 3 basement levels for car-parking and services (69,000 m2). The project also includes a 955 m2 health club. Works comprised internal roads, wet infrastructure and irrigation systems, power supply, low-current and telecommunication systems, parking areas and site landscaping. Total site area: 37,327 m2. Total built-up area: 202,059 m2.
13.2009: Jordan Railway Network, Jordan. Topographic survey, subsoil investigation, geologic mapping, preliminary engineering design and environmental impact assessment, design of slope stabilisation measures, and design of sophisticated bridge foundation systems and tunnels bored through rock, for the railway network in Jordan. The network includes main line and spurs/links with a total length exceeding 1,000 km. The project consists of a single-track platform suitable for standard gauge track, running North-South and East- West across Jordan with train speeds of 160 km/h for passengers and 120 km/h for freight. The route passes through 5 tunnels having a total length of 18 km, 24 viaducts totalling 18 km, 118 wadi bridges, and more than 200 overpasses/underpasses, with all drainage facilities. The project also includes 11 terminals and all electromechanical systems for tunnels and other project components.

14.VBSL (Versova – Bandra Sea Link) projects, Mumbai India. Geologic mapping, geotechnical investigations, preliminary and detailed designs, tender documents, and supervision of construction for the Versova–Bandra Sea Link. VBSL is an under-construction bridge in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The 17.17 km bridge will connect Versova, a neighborhood in the suburb of Andheri to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Bandra, as part of the West Island Freeway. The 8-lane sea link is expected to reduce congestion on the Western Express Highway and the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway.
15.Gewan Island, Qatar. Gewan Island is a new mixed-use entertainment and residential island located 350 meters offshore of Doha’s West Bay Coast. The island is designed as an extension of The Pearl-Qatar to cater for its residents’ accommodation and investment needs. The development has a site of 67 ha and a gross floor area of 360,000 m and boasts residential units ranging from serviced apartments to beachfront, waterfront, and exclusive island villas; two hotels; and an entertainment hub which features an outdoor air-conditioned Crystal Walkway. The island is also home to a 9-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and a mosque on a total built up area of 360,000 m .
16.Ibn Battuta Mall Expansion, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Detailed design (under BIM management and as per Trakhees-EHS Green Building Regulations), tender documents and supervision of construction for retail and parking buildings, multiple entrances each reflecting a different architectural and cultural theme, food and beverage courtyard, cinema complex with its parking building, and hotel building (totaling 606,000 m2 in built-up area) in addition to all infrastructure services, as part of the mall's new expansion.
17.Al Khor Stadium, Qatar. Detailed design (under BIM management) and tender documents for a stadium with a capacity of 70,000 spectators, including all infrastructure utility networks and systems, and incorporating the highest international standards.
18.Al-Maktoum International Airport Site Investigation, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Tender document preparation for and follow-up on all necessary geotechnical, geophysical and hydrogeological surveys and investigations.
19.King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Mosque, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design (under BIM management) and tender documents for a mosque building consisting of 1 basement (14,600 m2) housing entrance lobbies, toilets and ablution facilities for men, and administration, security, services and electromechanical areas; ground floor (14,600 m2) housing men and women entrance lobbies, praying areas for men (11,300 prayers), services and electromechanical areas, and a shaded and air-tempered Sahn (11,500 prayers); mezzanine level housing praying areas for women (3,000 prayers), toilet and ablution facilities for women, and services and electromechanical areas. The mosque includes 4 main minarets and a large central dome above the main praying area.
20.Al Maktoum International (AMI) - Short Term Car-Park, United Arab Emirates. Master plan, detailed design (under BIM management), tender documents and supervision of construction for car-park building of 250,000 m2 in built-up area, including all infrastructures and landscaping services.
21.SANG - Community Facilities, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design (under BIM management) and tender documents for a local mosque (400 m2), Friday mosque (1,100 m2), kindergarten (600 m2), primary school (5,040 m2), intermediate school (4,800 m2) and secondary school (5,400 m2), including all landscaping and infrastructure services.
22.Assir - Jizan Road, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design and tender documents for a 125 km 2- lane dual carriageway main road (design speed: 90 km/h) through a very rough terrain especially in the first 30 km (mainly escarpment) thus requiring 3 tunnels (total length of 2,420 m), 27 bridges (total length of 6,975 m) and 10 interchanges. In the locations of bridges and tunnels the road is of 3 lanes in each direction. The design also caters for all drainage and tunnel electromechanical systems in addition to pavement, signing, marking and street lighting.
23.DIAR Dushanbe Project, Tajikistan. Complete master plan for the project's site comprising 5 residential towers, 3 office towers, retail promenade and one hotel of 127 keys. Design, tender documents and supervision for the whole site's internal roads and infrastructure utilities in addition to one residential tower and one office building with retail podiums of a total built-up area of 25,000 m2.
24.Riyadh, Jeddah and Hasa, KSA: Detailed design (under BIM management and according to LEED requirements-5 registrations: 4 Gold and 1 Silver), tender documents and supervision of construction for one main university campus in Riyadh, and two university branches in Jeddah and Hasa with a student enrolment of 17,000. Each of the three sites comprises world class educational, residential, recreational, support and administrative buildings dedicated to health sciences. Total built-up area: 1,250,000 m2.
25.Extension of Luanda - Viana Expressway to Catete, Angola. Detailed design and tender documents for a 34 km long road extension, comprising 3 lanes in each direction and a 10 m wide median in order to allow for a future addition of a fourth lane. The scope also covers a comprehensive stormwater drainage system.
26.Kifangondo/Funda Catete Corridor Infrastructure - Package 1, Angola. Detailed design and tender documents for the upgrading of the existing road between Funda and Catete in addition to the extension of Cacuaco - Kifangondo Road with a total length of 34 km. The right-of-way varies between 30 m and 40 m with 2 lanes in each direction, and parking spaces on both sides in addition to a 3 m reservation on either side for future utility corridor in the 40 m stretch. The scope also includes a comprehensive stormwater drainage system.
27.Madinah Hajj City, Saudi Arabia. Master plan, detailed design (under BIM management), tender documents and supervision of construction for a township on a 1.6 million m2 site located 3 km southwest of the Holy Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, envisaged to accommodate 120,000 pilgrims. The project comprises 82 four-star and five-star hotel towers; office towers; commercial mall with a basement for 2,200 cars; 2 mosques with a total capacity of 18,000 worshipers; hospital complex; and elevated light rail transit and bus stations of built-up area of 184,000 m2 with a peak capacity of 84,000 pilgrims/hour. The project is complete with an internal road network, all infrastructure utilities and landscaping.
28.King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jeddah - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) commissioned Dar to expand and modernize the King Abdul Aziz International Airport. Dar constructed a new passenger terminal building and its related support facilities and airside/landside infrastructure. We also increased the airport’s ability to keep up with the strong competition in the region and make passengers’ travels as enjoyable as possible.
29.Integrated Infrastructure for Cabinda City, Angola. Integrated infrastructure master plan, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for the transportation, water, sewerage, drainage, solid waste, electricity and telecommunication systems serving an area of 36.74 km2 and existing/projected populations of 226,900 and 563,720 respectively.
30.Neom Bay Projects, Tabuk. KSA.The NEOM project is located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia in the northwest of the kingdom,extended along with Aqaba Gulf and 468 km of coastline with beaches and coral reefs, as well as mountains up to 2,500 m high, with a total area of around 26,500 sq. km.

32.Makkah Hotel and Commercial Complex, Saudi Arabia. Design (according to LEED requirements), tender documents and supervision of construction for a multi-functional development complex on a site area of 128,834 m2 and of a total built-up area of 354,500 m2. The project comprises a 5-star hotel and serviced apartments with all related services for visitors, exhibition and multipurpose halls, mosque, 24 villas, helipads, clubhouse, health club, mall, staff housing, Central Utility Complex (CUC) building, car-parks in addition to all infrastructure utilities and extensive landscaping. The basement floor covers the total site area, housing parking spaces, MEP services and part of the mall's retail services.
33.Security Buildings in Shamiyah, Saudi Arabia. Design and tender documents for a residential and administrative complex that provides accommodation to 19,400 officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Interior in addition to various support facilities and services, including kitchen, dining area, laundry, recreational and assembly areas, 300-bed hospital with staff housing, police and civil defense stations, etc. The complex has a direct access to Makkah Haram plazas through pedestrian tunnels.
34.Institute of Science and Technology - Central Building - B1, Angola. Design review, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for the Central Block (B1) of a total built-up area of 22,235 m2, consisting of basement, ground and first floors. It houses an office block, main auditorium for 900 people, a museum on the ground floor and a library on the first floor.

The bridge is proposed along Oba Ogunji Road to cross an existing railway line and other roads (Old Abeokuta Road and Iju Ishaga Road), for extension till junctions on both of its ends. The total length of the 2-lane dual carriageway is around 1.5 km, of which 400m is on the bridge.
