Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet guests appropriately upon arrival in a warm

and welcome manner.

Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to

the lobby.

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage upon arrival and

departure in a discrete manner.

Hail taxis for departing guests and assist them in opening and

Shutting their doors as well as loading their entire luggage for them.

Ensure that the hotel entrance is always clean and free of any clutter

Assist guests with dinning and activity recommendations.
