The Job Description includes :
- Provide Customer Support – directly deal with the customers on a daily basis for business
follow-ups & co-ordinate with the Overseas Offices
- Operation of Computers i.e. Preparing Slides for Presentation in Powerpoint, Preparing of
Travel Expense Reports in Excel Sheets etc.
- Office Administration & Filing
- Handling of routine correspondence work in the Senior’s Office / HR Dept.
- Attend to telephone calls at the Senior’s Office.
- Arrange travel & hotel bookings for the Senior & his overseas / domestic visitors & for
the Senior Officials of the Organization.
- Also travel with the Sales team for the Annual Sales Meet & other training programs that
are organized annually for the entire office, alongwith making travel arrangements for the same.
- Participation in organizing Seminars & was a part of the Counseling Team for the
‘Distance Learning Program’ at the British Council Library, Arranging Meetings & Appointments, Workshops, Trainings & organizing Educational Fairs / Exhibitions, etc.
