TASK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for operating and maintaning the cameras ensuring that the surveillance

equipments remain functional at all times.

2.Keeping logs of observations and incidents,either hand written or typed on a

computer system.

3. Storing of digital recordings and still images securely, to be used as evidence or in case

they need to be checked after an incident.

4. To safeguard the public, protect the property .And exercising proper judgement and be

able to multi task.

5. Patrolling the the facilities through surveillance on a regular basis and communicating

with the person(in-door and out-door officers) and determining the threat level of any

given person.

6. Reporting of incidents as evidence and potentially contacting authorities and emergency

services when needed.

7. Monitoring live and recorded videos to detect and anticipate potential threats and problem.

8. Helps in managing road closures and traffic diversions while providing real time

traffic informations.

9. Monitor access and control points issues, such as toll barriers, exits and entrances of

personnels, vehicles, VIP visitors and public crowd.

10. Answer and direct incoming calls and directing outgoing calls to appropriate

departments with in the work place area.

workers coming through the bus transportaion, going inside the shipyard.
