My duties / responsibilities as a consultant QS are as follows:

Prepare preliminary estimate/detailed estimate/ cost planning for advising client

Preparation of tender documents such as bill of quantities, take- off quantities works, prime document and various other correspondents.

Preparation of invitation to the contractors, evaluation of pre-qualifications, selecting appropriate contractors for bidding.

Response to tender queries and prepare addendums.

Tender evaluation, tender analysis report, tender clarifications and technical evaluation.

Evaluation of variations and various claims and preparing variation orders.

Evaluation and preparation of monthly payment certificate, site measurement, Variations issue & Preparation of Final Account.

Preparation of monthly financial statement and cash flow projections for client review & anticipated final cost of the contract.

My duties / responsibilities as a contractor QS are as follows:

Reviewing Tender Documents, Quantities take-off, Priced BOQ and rate analysis

Identifying claims and submitting them on right time

Bill processing of contractors and vendors as per execution on site

General Requirements / Preliminary study and making Percentages of breakdown for Mobilization, Running and Demobilization and discussing with consultant to finalize

Handling contractual letters and reply to consultant/Client based on Condition of Contract

Evaluation of Sub-Contractor's Valuations and preparation of subcontractor's interim payment certificates based on the works done at site.

Preparation of Variations and evaluate with Consultant / Subcontractors

Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.

Preparing LPO as per requirement on site / Comparison study of quantities with original and booked on BOQ

Preparing contracts and agreements, analyzing BOQ and specifications,

Preparing Ordering of material and deals with purchase department, even though all agreement/ letter of order preparation

My duties / responsibilities as a Site Engineer are as follows:

Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives

Execution of work at site according to project schedule
