Project 1:

Fulfilled by Amazon - (Inbound Support Service)

Working closely with Fulfillment Centers across the US to help facilitate a smooth receive of products to inventory. This involves working with sellers pro-actively to reduce defects and identify potential defects and address them.

Project 2 :

Andon Cords

Worked for star Andon cords where the Andon cord is pulled based on the customer rating. Have worked on project “Bin check automation” .This involves working closely with seller related to the product to reduce defects and improve quality of the product. Have worked closely with various fulfillment centers to eliminate defects across to avoid the defects in the future for the particular ASIN. Have used selenium tool here to file auto bin-checks for ASIN which recognizes FC stickered and seller stickered ASIN and files bin checks automatically using its X-path.

Project 3:

Product description of an ASIN using Automation. Have implemented a project using “Selenium automation” where the products description of an ASIN can be retrieved from amazon website using automation. Retrieving product description of an ASIN by inspecting its element using x-path using automation Business Metrics
