As a MSN student, I worked with diabetic patients and staff in a tertiary care setting under the supervision of a FNP. I developed and presented an in-service titled Using Logic Models to Look at the Diabetes Education Programs in Our Community, to health care professionals in the community involved with diabetes education in an effort to increase knowledge and collaboration.
