Designed, created and field supported an all-inclusive Roadnet training program supporting 8 trainers, 72 locations and over 1700 employees to a successful software launch over 6 regions in 9 months. Designed, created, and implemented an internal (company) and external
(customer) facing Versapay accounting software video training program. Program included 72 locations, 4500+ customers and nearly 2000 trained employees inside of a 6-month deadline remotely.
