A competent professional with around 2.5 years of experience in ferroalloy industry & Exposure in.

IDCOL Ferrochrome & Alloys ltd is known as Asia’s first ferrochrome industry.

It has two submerged electric arc furnaces having capacity of 9 MVA & 7.5 MVA.

Rohit ferrotech ltd is a major producer of ferrochrome.

It has 4 no’s of 16.5 MVA & one 33.0 MVA submerged electric arc furnaces having production capacity of around 72000 TPA.

Furnace operation of 16.5 MVA submerged electric arc -furnace in both auto and manual mode with given instructions and maintain target.

Check furnace condition & abnormalities.

Electrode Management

Prevent heat loss

Observation of incoming raw material with respect to quality monitoring.

Charging of raw material to furnace from charge bins by automatic conveyor systems.

Monitoring quality & system of briquette in ferrochrome operation.

Manpower management & arrangement

Planning & execution of tapping
