Prepare all the documents required for PPAP and reviewing with the customer.

Ensure all the ISO Quality Documents are met the requirement and develop further.

Develop, implement, and improve core quality processes like corrective action, preventive action, and non-conformity process with document control.

Reducing internal as customer rejection using problem solving methods.

Implement and maintaining the 5S activities in the shop floor.

Maintain calibration systems, documents, and procedures.

Verify RMTC from supplier end and witnessing the Raw materials in lab as well as on site with customer.

One of the key members in Continuous improvement team.

Maintain regular Quality documents like in-process inspection, incoming inspection and final inspection.

Inspect surface treatment completed jobs from supplier end and in supplier end.

Conduct internal Audit and Supplier Audit.

Evaluate Production processes and verify it with customer required standards.

Knowledge in QMS like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001:2007.
