The roles and responsibilities include handling daily issues and support productivity. Raise the QIFS major rejections and analyzing the root cause and communicate the problems to the mainline. The role mainly focuses on customer complaints and raise quality information and nonconformance.

I also gained knowledge on 5S, Plant analysis (8D, 5M & 5W Concepts), Continual improvement & Kaizens in Process Stages for PDCA-Concept, and Problem-solving (7QC TOOLS).
