Work experience in waste water treatment as O&M in ETP, STP and WTP Plant CHEMIST, Shift Incharge. Took charge indepently for LAB ANALYSIS, REVERSE OSMOSIS, ULTRA FILTERATION, DEMINERALIZATION, SOFTNER, COOLING TOWER, COOLANT SEPERATION, BOILER AND MULTI EFFECT EVAPOATOR.

Maintained the chemical dosage for Coagulation & Flocculation (ETP pretreatment), RO and UF. And CIP/CEB take place for RO & UF efficient plant operation, Also regeneration taken for DM (SAC, SBA & MB) and SOFTNER plant. Maintaining the all water parameters as required and water analysis as per the system requirement.

Daily conducting the plant SAFETY & 5S MEETING for operators. Maintain proper plant Documents, pollution control vice versa plant log books and checking safety measures. Given training to new recruitments and Organize a shift schedule for operators.
