U-Net to simulate the contrast enhancement given by the most widely used yet harmful contrast agents in MRI from one single input.

• Phase 2. Clinical Validations. Nat. Biomed. Eng Under Review Replicated clinical findings (Aging, Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia) published on Nat. Neurosci ’13, Nat. Neurosci ’14, Biol. Psychiatry ’20 using the simulated contrast on large-scale datasets (177, 200, and 92 scans respectively).

Skills: Python (Keras), time-series forecasting, ANOVA, post-hoc Tukey’s HSD test, etc. Employed FFNN, LSTM and Transformer to forecast carbon emission data. Identified shortwave radiation as the climate driver most predictive of carbon emission. Movie Recommendation System
