ATHER ENERGY INDIA PVT LTD (OCT-2015 To till Date)- Bangalore as Hardware Test Engineer (R&D/ Embedded Hardware).

COMPANY PROFILES:

Ather Energy is the brainchild of IIT graduates and is among the few hardware start-ups in India. It was founded in 2013 and has received funding from Hero MotoCorp, Tiger Global and Flipkart founders. Aided by a breakthrough in the in-house designed Lithium-ion battery pack design. The Ather S340 has a touchscreen dashboard connected to the cloud, host of smart features and offers a top speed of 72 kmph. The scooter is designed in-house by Ather and will be manufactured in India.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

●Experience on performing tests with electronic test equipment and ATE’s

●Familiar with use of all standard Electronic equipment's and test equipment's likeDMM, Oscilloscope, mixed Signal Oscilloscope. PXIe (NI module), Programmable Power supplies and DC loads, Soldering, 48v Battery pack, Environmental chambers, Lithium Ion battery testing system(cycler). Etc .

●Developing the Test cases, test methods, procedures for BMS hardware validation

●Performing the hardware validation, generate and managing the reports

●Systematic problem solving of BMS hardware reported issues, and as well vehicle level issues

●Continuous improvement of BMS and other component hardware test methodologies

●Follow up of different processes at the desired delivery schedule & Quality.

●To ensure effective implementation & timely completion of all projects as per Requirement.

●implementing various production techniques to improve productivity

●Preparation and support on test Set up/test boards(in house) assembly as per the test cases

●100% IQC of BMS. Find out the Issues on new PCBA visual inspection.

●Improving power ON and testing efficiency of PCBA by completing 90% tasks on time with less than 0% defects (Board bring up / functional test) as per test case document
