DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE & JOB RESPONSIBILITY

QA QC ENGINEER:

• Prepare and carry inspection and checking for all quality related procedures activity at site and ensures activity at site is as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site inspections/observation, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

• Prepare and maintain all documents related to ISO.

• To implement and ensure quality management system in the project through system & standards.

• Provide construction team with stages and requirements for inspection.

• Coordinate with the consultants representative and site engineer in-charge for inspection and including about the quality problems including closure on non-compliance reports.

• Conducts initial preparation of snag listings before clients actual checking on the site.

• Carry out Internal Audit at site.

• Accompany all safety, health and insurance inspectors on tours.

• Receive a schedule plan from construction team on expected work completion dates for each activity to be able to submit inspection requests on time to prevent delay in work flow.

• Provide a clear and comprehensive display of comments and points raised by consultant and/or client during inspection to create lessons learned file for future implication.

• Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.

• Each inspection to be approved within required days, this is to be considered Construction team and QA/QC responsibility.

SITE ENGINEER:

• Estimation of Steel, Concrete, Duration and Planning of Manpower and Materials for entire Project feasibility.

• Support the creation of the Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and assist the preparation of cost studies utilizing historical data. Providing data for benchmarking information to meet specific needs.

• Identifying Main Contract Variations and submit them with narration, instruction, price proposal, marked-up Drawings, Specifications, measurement sheets, quotations, etc.

• Excellent experience in foundation like raft, footing, Shoring, Piling, Dewatering, retention wall

& all structural Members.

• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

• Preparation of Material submittals, Material Requisition, Inspection Request, Logs & Transmittal etc.

• Liaise with all parties for site safety and quality of works.

• Submit reports to the Employer on any accidents or near misses that take place on site. –

• Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the HSE regulations, and the Project Safety Representative.

• Ensure the safety and security for man and material.

• Strong knowledge/experience of Concrete & Finishing works on large building construction projects.

• Keeping records of all projects.

• Handing over the project with all test reports, commissioning report, Project photos, as build drawing & Warranty certificate.
