Communication

As a site engineer in the job I was supposed to communicate all the site related issues and

Progress issues to my immediate manager.

Communication with all the levels of hierarchy raging from worker at site till the project manager of agency for educating and regulating the site progress and quality issues arising out of day to day activities .

Planning and organizing

Effectively planning my day to day activities to be taken up in the project site communicating and following up with the sub contractors and their respective workmen for the planned quantities to be completed.

Recording the percentage completion of work and recording the daily measurement of the finished works.

By the end of the day organizing the meeting with sub contractors and labor at site regarding completed and which have to be done next day work.

Team work

Worked as a resources person to the company with having a dedicated site to be looked after, I have worked as site engineer and have prepared the done activities reports and submitted to the project manager.

Site inspection for civil works and checking the quality at site, checking and certifying of BBS (bar bending schedule), coordinating with contractors and vendors

Quality survey for all structures as per drawings.

Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.

Projects analysis and reconciliation.

Preparing AutoCAD drawings as per site requirements, issuing site instruction against violation at site.
