1) Joined M/S Arcadis International Limited - June 2019 - Till Present Responsibilities:
Review all shop drawings and material submittal based on project specification and design.
Monitoring project engineering layouts, field construction, Design, Installation, …etc.
Studying and analyzing variation documents, preparation and evaluation of offers, clarifications and negotiations with contractor and client.
Collaborating with different equipment manufacturers, suppliers, selection and evaluation.
Analyzing project requirements and reviewing all the project proposals wherein mapping requirements of manpower/ materials resources in which ensuring cost effective execution as per schedule.
Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution.
Mapping the requirements for the material needed for the sites by liaising with the QC/ QA Departments.
Implementing present construction methodologies & systems in compliance with quantity & cost control standards.

Project under progress: Al-Ghadeer Phase II, completed residential development planned to serve the community in Abu-Dhabi holding 707 units of various types and sizes distributed among different clusters throughout the project layout. Projects & Responsibilities:
Project under progress: Infrastructure for Emirati Neighborhood project in Shakhboot City /Abu Dhabi UAE for Employer Musanada.
- Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
- Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record. Follow up corrective and preventive measure taken by the Contractor.
- Assist in the review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for ESAM ELAMEEN
Execution of the works.
- Assist in the review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical submittals.
- Attend site technical coordination meetings and progress meeting to discuss contractor
(s) Work progress and any issue during the site progress going on.
- Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
- Assist in the review and forward comments on the Technical Query raised by the contractor.
Inspect the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.
- Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specifications and determine it acceptability for use on the project.

Review detailed engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, testing, and commissioning. For dependability, in line with planning team to confirm project completed on time and guaranteeing satisfaction.
Review material submittal for equipment such as Power transformers from 1,000 kVA to 1,000 MVA. Switchgear and breakers, Capacitors and lightning arrestors…etc.
Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Construction Manager.

3) Joined M/S. Al Suweidi Consultants in July 2016 till Feb 2017 Responsibilities:
- Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.

- Assist in the review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for Execution of the works.
- Assist in the review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical submittals.

The value of project is 130 million Dirham.
4) Joined M/S. Hill international in Oct 2015 till July 2016 Responsibilities:
- Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing.
- Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
- All site inspection carried out vide an official Inspection and Test request (ITR) Submitted by the CONTRACTOR through the proper Channels.
- Inspection status recorded in the ITR and any relevant check sheet as per the approved QCP.
- Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements.
- In the event notices that the relevant Shop Drawing, materials used, MS, QCP and TIP do not cover all specification requirements, and report the same in writing to the Construction Manager and the Senior Discipline Engineer.
- Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Construction Manager.
- Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
- Make sure that the CONTRACTOR’s personnel are using the latest edition of the Approved shop drawings, MS, QCP and ITP as per the project master index.
- Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by his line supervisor. (Construction supervisor / Construction Manager as applicable). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

- Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities.
- Participate with PMC disciplines in reviewing the Close out Report as submitted by Contractor.
- Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
Handover new Guest house in Ruwais / Abu Dhabi, Client ADNOC and consists of 206 hotel rooms with supporting facilities, value for project $42.4 million.

2010 till April 2015
Responsibilities:
- Background as an electrician to inform inspection practices.
- Inspected circuitry, wiring and systems.
- Tested currents, boards, voltages, outlets and wattage using various tools and meters.
- Analyzed and interpreted test results.
- Drafted detailed inspection reports and made repair and/or upgrade recommendations.
- Assisted individuals with bringing homes up to current electrical code requirements
- Project Supervisory for our technicians and labors team Clients & Projects. Handover a lot of projects like:( complete full MEP work for Sheikh Thonon Vila, complete MEP work for one Tower in Alreem Island, complete MEP work for more than 11 pump station, infrastructure ……etc.)
6) Joined M/S. Sudan National Electricity Corporation in Dec 2006 till June 2010 Responsibilities:
- Read electrical schematics and interpreted them.
- Administered inspections of all systems as required.
- Tested voltage, current and wattage utilizing meters
- Conducted visual inspections of circuit boards.
- Conducted inspections of installed wiring systems according to modern code requirements. Kept abreast of all changes in state regulations regarding electrical systems.
