Roles & Duties
Keep monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
Assist in the review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for execution of the works.
Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
Assist in the review and forward comments on the Technical Query raised by the contractor.
Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specifications and determine it acceptability for use on the project.
Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
Extend the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and/or delay. Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of Electrical works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
Review and forward any comments on the contractor’s method statement for installation, execution of the works.
Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in details the as-built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings.

Roles & Duties
Supervision of any electrical works to ensure quality and completion of work in accordance with project specification.
Review of planning and scheduling for the upcoming weeks and advising the Construction Manager
/ Section Head of any discrepancies to allow for changes in work load.
Completing all necessary documentation to be included in weekly and monthly reports for The Construction Manager/Section head's review.
Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned Project elements and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identifies and documents changes in scope.
Assists the Construction Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.
Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites Distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Project Manager.
Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines. Projects 1- a) Diera City Center, b) Pullman Hotel, c) Pullman residence, d) MAF tower –Dubai (DONE)

Roles & Duties
Prepare all documents and design drawing to get NOC from all authorities (DEWA, CIVILE DEFINCE, DU, DUBAI POLICE, and DUBAI MENCIPILITY).
Prepare all shop drawing and make it ready to submission and get approval from consultant then from DEWA.
Prepare material submittal and samples and make it ready to submission and get approval from consultant.
