I am Involved in all types Breakdown & Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moning Euipments looking after full maintenance of all mining equipments fleet of mid size Excavators Komatsu PC-600, Dumpers Beml BH-35, Dozer Caterpillar D-7R and D-8R, Wheel Loader Komatsu WA180 and WA 380, Drill IR/Atlas Copco IBH-10, IDM-30,Hyundai Rock Breaker,Tata Tippers, Hyva,JCB-3D loader, SAN and OEPL railway locomotives repairing and breakdown maintenance for smooth dispatch.

Handling workforce of 3 Engineers and 15 Mechanics for day to day maintenance and shift planning.

Co-ordination with mining operation to ensure the availability of machines for daily production.

Trouble shooting and breakdown investigations.

Follow up with warehouse for parts and local suppliers/repairs.

Liaisioning with internal bodies for audits and other updates.

Extending oil drain period of engines and hydraulic systems by using centrifugles while keeping a cross check of oil quality through Wear Debris Analysis and Scheduled Oil Sampling. This resulted in a saving of 25 % of oil consumption.

In-house modifications of centralized greasing system of Rock Breaker Hyundai make.

In-house modifications of Shovel eye to avoid frequent crack in shovel body.

Extra mounting of peripheral hydraulic pipes for ease in maintenance of central hydraulic pipes, saving of six hours of maintenance.
