DESCRIPTION : This project mainly deals with the

concept of automation. To reduce human effort and to increase the rate of production this system is

introduced.Huge amount of heat is liberated during the heat treatment process which affect employees

health to a greater extent. Using this mechanism

pipes are feed through the conveyor from starting till the end of production.

MINI PROJECT

TITLE : "Design And Fabrication Of Spring Separator Machine". DURATION : November 2017 - January 2018.

DESCRIPTION : To reduce the complexity of spring separation in various automobile and spring manufacturing industries this project is developed. When springs are spirally connected, it is very difficult to separate it manually. so the concept of centrifugal force,speed and rotation per sec, are used to develop the project.spirally connected springs are feed into the chamber then the rotating plate is allowed to rotate at high speed, due to the centrifugal force the springs are separated. ROLE PLAYED : Concept Identification, Fabrication And Implementation. IN-PLANT TRAINING

DESCRIPTION : This training helps me to gain knowledge on CNC machines.During these four days,I have learned the concept of CNC machines and how automotive components are manufactured using CNC machine.
