EXPERIENCE.

1.FAST CONSORTIUM – RIYADH - KSA July 2014 to Present

Line – 6, Fast Metro Riyadh Project – Riyadh

Consultant – Ramped and Owner – Arriyadh development Authority.

Senior Civil Engineer.

Mobilistaion work Prior to Site execution along Road and Traffic Diversion which includes Installation of Concrete Barriers, Sign Boards, Detour Signs etc. It is carried out for 20.4 kms of Long Line Constitute of Viaduct, Cut & Cover and at Grade. Demobilisation such as Removal & Shifting of Concrete Barriers, Sign Boards and Detour Sign etc. for clearance upon completion work.

Sub Strucrure works such as Trial trenches, Cavity Remedy & Piling works consist of Mono Pile & Group Pile and Pile testing as per method of Statement & Shop drawings, Pile Cap construction as per shop drawing and Coordinate with other teams for activity related to Piling works etc.

Resourcing the Manpower, Material and Equipment requirements based on the buildability of the Project.

Inspection and monitoring the construction activity of Piers which are cast insitu and Erection of Precast Beams & Slab and precast segment beams for Viaduct.

Preparing daily report and Coordination work with relevant dept. for timely completion.

For the last One & Half year : Engaged in Infra structure work & Hardscape work for Stations which includes Road work, Pavement works and underground utilities etc.

Coordination with subcontractor and conduct meeting for steady progress.

Prime concern for delivery project on time and desired quality.

2.MAYTAS INFRA SAUDI ARABIA December 2011 to Feb. 2014

Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing Project – Dammam

Senior Project Engineer.

The total scope of work include Construction of 25kms of Asphalt Road, Grading works of nearly 450,000sq-m, Sewage, Storm drainage, Water supply and Irrigation line network including construction of Manholes etc.

Managing overall operations for executing the construction activities within cost and time parameters with highest standard of HSE.

Resourcing the Manpower, Material and Plant requirement based on the buildability of the Project.

Inspection monitoring, and analyzing construction schedules. Review proposed design changes and variation orders.

Monitoring and maintaining the productivity rates to track the progress of the project in compliance with the look ahead plan to achieve the Targets and Mile-stones.

Coordination with subcontractor and conduct meeting for steady progress.

Prime concern for delivery project on time, within the budget and desired quality.

Raising technical clarification request to Consultant and Communicating with Project Manager continuously regarding project progress and area of concern.

Bay La Sun Business Park @ KAEC- Rabigh.

Construction of commercial building and parking with a budget SR 719 Million.

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating material testing- inspection, monitoring and analyzing construction schedules. Review proposed design changes & variation orders.

Engineering including procurements and preparing subcontracts.

Coordination of utility works.

5.SBCM May 2006 to Sept-2007

Dana Mall Project – Yambu

Construction of mall, which includes super market, shop and parking etc. with budget of SR 108 Million.

Responsible for the construction of foundations, concrete works, block work external works and finishing works.

Responsible for construction of post tension slab and prepressed concrete joints.

Analyze and monitoring of project schedules and construction claims.

6.SBCM July 2004 to April 2006

Roshan Mall Project – Jeddah

Senior Civil Engineer

Construction of mall for super market, shops, Hardscape and land scraping works, with a budget of SR 163 Million.

Responsible for construction of post tension slab.

Review and approval of shop drawings and material submittals etc.

Coordination of the construction.

Review and monitor of statements of various work proposals. Progress and coordination meetings.
