Responsibilities

To ensure that all operations jobs Air/Sea freight are carried out as planned on a daily basis.

Assisting planning and monitoring shipments to ensure customer satisfaction, reconciled complete reports and daily shipping data.

Evaluate terminal operations, field difficulties and assist in settling bottle neck.

Procuring and dealing with information from sources like shipping line airlines useful for project bidding.

Handling a team to ensure that projects are coordinated and run smoothly to the satisfaction as per clients requirements.

Develop and maintain relations with relevant official in customs, sea and airport authorities, liaise with port customs, Airport to know any current and upcoming regulations and update our staffs in timely manner.
