Description

- Operation, monitoring and troubleshooting, failure analysis of wide range electrical equipment in power plant. Generators, motors, transformers, switch gears and distribution equipment & control systems.

- Testing and installation of Protection Relays Siemens, GEC, Alsthom, Schneider.

- Testing of CT’s, PT’s, CBS, Siemens, ABB, Alstom making relays. Different bus bar schemes. Primary injection and stability test.

- Repairing and maintenance of MV, LV Circuit Breakers, & switchgear.

- Good Reading, understanding and drawing skills of SLD’s

- Installation of all Electrical Equipments.

- Performing All types of Tests.

- Troubleshooting the LV Control set and MV Compartment of FEEDERS. (RMU).

- Troubleshooting& maintenance of Siemens & Caterpillar Generators.

- Batteries installation and maintenance.

- knowledge of PLC and installation and related cards.

- Transformer Selection as per Standards (Oil & Dry type).

- Earthing Calculation and Creating Earth pits for Transformers and Panel BOARDS.

- Calculate and Selection of Cable Supports as per standards (NEMA).

- UPS Selection and Backup Calculation.

- Prepare Periodic follow- up reports to the progress of work site.

-Co-ordinate with the other mechanical systems for the desired

electrical load of machines (Pumps, Chillers, Air handling Units Package Units ….etc.) and Design the required MCC’s.

-Maintaining the Daily work reports and cooperate the with other departments.

-Attaining of company meetings. Spare parts order by using CMMS Program.
