-Saw, assessed, treated and created plan of care for patients of all ages. Created a diagnosis, plan of care and follow-up recommendation for patients that were discussed with preceptor to determine if it was appropriate. Sent in prescriptions electronically, requested medical records, sent patients to specialists via referrals, etc. Saw patients independently then consulted with preceptor.
-Wrote prescriptions appropriately with guidance of preceptor, made referrals, administered medications in office as appropriate, provided patients with POC and education based on EBP, and diagnosed using ICD-10 codes and procedure codes for different types of visits.
