Description: Construction of a 55,000 square meters’ Laboratory Building –Exploration and Petroleum Engineering Centre Advance Research Centre (EXPEC ARC) that consists of 4 stories, basement, and penthouse. The project includes constructing a tunnel, switchgear building, transformers, liquid nitrogen plant, site infrastructure (road, landscaping, parking, gate barrier).

Role: Mechanical site superintendent. Worked on firefighting, raw water, chilled water line, stormwater, sanitary, lab wastes, and oily wastes systems. Took responsibility for everything related to site from obtaining and approving design and IFCs, to procurement, and scheduling.
