c. Trouble shooting and commissioning of typical Power and control circuit of star delta starter feeder as per drawing.

Operational maintenance and testing commissioning of DRY type transformers. (2000,2500KVA)

Erection and operational maintenance of oil type transformer.(3MVA,11KV transformer).

Operational maintenance and commissioning done for VFD. (Schematic Diagram for VFD with auto X-MER starter by pass, ACC fans, FD fan, ID fan, SA fan, coal extractor)

Erection and operational maintenance of 500KVA DG sets.

Operational maintenance of HT panels and relay operation checking.

Operational maintenance and testing and commissioning of 6.6 KV circuit breaker.

Operational maintenance and commissioning done for total plant LT motors.

Responsibilities

Erection & operational maintenance of LT & HT MCC Panels and Interconnection of Main & Control bus bar connection.

Erection & operational maintenance of dry type transformers (2000KVA, 1600KVA, 1250 KVA, 630KVA).

Erection & Operational maintenance for batteries sets 2250 AH and Load current checking of batteries.

Erection & Operational maintenance done for float charger and float cum booster charger and load current checking of charger.

Fixing of bus duct from transformer end to panel end. TPN Non segregated Al Bus duct (4000A & 2500A, 3000A & 1250A).

Overall main plant earthing and testing of earth pit connection and switchyard grid connection.
