Work order reporting – On a weekly basis a project dashboard is produced in readiness for issue to the Construction manager

An effective communicator in interface meetings with EPC team while doing technical hazard risk reviews on site, HAZOP studies, and SIMOPs.

Quality Management – Implementation of project quality standards with good knowledge of QA/QC. Responsible for NCRs for quality issues.

Led the mechanical completion walkthroughs on site (piping, equipment, structural) as focal point on behalf of the PMC mechanical construction team and signed off Completion packages after the final review by the team.

Reviewed and approved Task Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Critical Lifting plans and other documents submitted by the EPC contractors.

Used to issue daily work permits to the contractor supervisors after a quick analysis of hazards on jobs and allow them to start the work on site.

Led various weekly walkthroughs on site for focusing primarily on Quality, Safety and Construction progress and reported the same to our team.

Supervised a major Hookup job of connecting 219 Tie-ins starting from 1’’ to 64’’ for connecting the new piping network with the existing piping.

Worked with international team of various nationals during my projects.

Also had trained UAE Arab Trainee Engineers in the refinery on the construction management and project management.

Well versed in ADNOC’s onshore work system including LSRs, TRAs, JHAs, MS, E-PTW
