1.Currently Working in the Address hotel down town STK, worked in District, Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, worked in Lock.Stock.Barrel and STK JBR, worked in Asia Asia in Pier 7 Dubai marina, (Solutions Leisure) worked in the Sports Bar and Stage Sky Lounge as a Bar Capatin,
2.Worked in The Glow Pool Bar and Cigar Lounge Bar as a Bartender at The H Hotel Dubai from November 2015.
3.Completed One month Cross-training in Co-ordinator at the H Hotel
4.Worked in F & B Service as a “Bar Waiter” at Ttaksang Hotel & Residency (A unit of summit hotel & Resorts) in Gangtok Sikkim India for 1 years.
5.Completed six month industrial training at the O Hotel, Resort & Spa, Candolim, Goa effecting from 3rd August 2012 to 3rd February 2013.
Responsibilities Includes: As a Bartender my first Aim is to make a good Revenue each and everyday (more than a given target), to keep Bar area neat and clean. Maintain hyigen. Doing Cashier at the same time (Micros), to server a food and drinks in standard way. Upselling the expensive bottles like wines and spirits, Maintain Par-Stock, Checking Expiry Date, Make Transfers and doing inventory at the End of the week/month.
#To coordinate with the management to systemize the department’s comprehensive work as an opening team. Maintained the standard operation procedures of the department and trained the fresher’s in the concerned department efficiently.
